My master's thesis, "La colaboración de HR Analytics en la toma de decisiones", completed at Universidad de San Andrés, explores how HR Analytics supports effective decision-making within organizations.

People Analytics World

I have contributed to the global People Analytics community through my participation as a speaker at People Analytics World. My work at Mercado Libre, where I led data infrastructure and visualization projects, was highlighted in my interview with Federico Barcos von der Heide. Society for People Analytics

Since joining the Society for People Analytics (SPA) in October 2024, I have taken on a leadership role in spearheading the LATAM network and the Argentina network, driving collaboration, sharing valuable insights, and championing data-driven HR practices across the region.

In June 2025, I was invited as a panelist for a global webinar in SPA's People Analytics in Practice series, where I shared real-world examples of applying data to drive strategic HR decisions. I spoke about the importance of organizational context over technical complexity and shared lessons from analyzing early attrition trends in high-growth environments. Read the recap here.

David Green’s Data Driven HR Monthly

In April 2025, my article "Why the People Team Needs to Be Deeply Involved in Finance Results" was featured in David Green’s Data Driven HR Monthly, a globally respected curation of top insights in People Analytics, HR innovation, and the future of work. This recognition highlighted my ongoing contribution to advancing data-driven decision-making in HR and promoting stronger partnerships between People and Finance functions.

I was honored to be featured again in June 2025 in David Green’s Best HR & People Analytics Articles of June 2025. In this edition, David recommended my series The People Analytics Staircase to anyone early in their people analytics career and looking to accelerate their development, noting that it offers “a practical framework to advance in People Analytics, from foundational concepts to deep strategic dives.”

Agile HR Community

Since December 2021, I have served as a Co-facilitator & Agile HR Assessor for the Agile HR Community, promoting innovative HR practices through Agile methodologies.

Digital House

From 2020 to 2023, I was a Data Analytics Professor at Digital House, teaching and mentoring students in data analytics techniques, tools, and best practices to drive insights and informed decisions in business and HR contexts.
